Observership Programs
Fellows who participated in the OMI seminars in Salzburg, Austria, are eligible for one- to three-month medical fellowships at hospitals in Austria. Selection is based on merit and each physician's commitment to AMSA, ensuring that recipients are aligned with the values of excellence and continuing medical education.
During stays, doctors may:
Exchange experiences and professional practice with international colleagues
Acquire knowledge about new treatment techniques and protocols
Establish personal relationships at an international level
Participate in joint research projects and collaborative studies
All applications for Medical Stays are made through
the Open Medical Institute platform.
These experiences allow for the application of best practices in patient safety and the consolidation of advanced clinical skills, fostering innovation and leadership within the medical field.
