With great satisfaction, we announce the closing of the first edition of the Adaptive Leadership Certification Program in Mexico, an initiative led by Dr. Marta Zapata Tarrés, with the purpose of bringing to the country the theoretical framework developed by Dr. Ronald Heifetz, one of the world’s leading authorities in this field.

The diploma program was taught by professors Samantha Grieff and Vanessa Beltrán, who guided the first cohort in developing capacities to face complex challenges from a human, strategic, and collaborative approach.

In this first edition, 9 participants graduated, coming from the National Institutes of Health and the social sector in Mexico, who now have new tools to drive meaningful change in their organizations and communities.

To all the graduates, as well as the academic and organizing team, we extend our recognition for making possible this important step in strengthening adaptive leadership in Mexico.
